Had a slight plumbing emergency on a friday night, I couldn't get in touch with any of the companies I tried. Finally my neighbor recommended Stephens plumbing, I called and the answering service sent someone within the hour. Turned out to be the owner, I was pleasantly surprised to find out this was a third generation company! While I was wild eyed over the whole thing he was calm and cool, fixed it in a jiffy and gave me a discount for being a new customer, and his cell phone number in case I need to reach him again! Ill never use another plumber again!
I was very impressed with how quickly Stephens Plumbing took care of my plumbing needs and they are so very professional! They answered all the qustions I had with great knowledge and I didn't realize it but they can also hook up hot tubs!
